조정은 세계 명문대학교에서 가장 선호하는 명품 스포츠로 체력과 더불어 사회를 이끌어갈 협동심과 리더십을 길러준다. DGIST 조정 Leadership camp는 DGIST의 명문대학 스포츠 문화를 미리 체험하고 미래 글로벌 리더로써의 소양을 쌓을 수 있는 기회를 제공한다. 그리고 세계 초일류 융복합 연구중심대학 DGIST의 연구시설을 둘러보는 대학 탐방과 선배들을 미리 만나 관계를 만들고진로 상담을 하는 시간을 갖는다.

Rowing is a favorable sport to noble universities which helps to increase stamina and improve social cooperation and leadership to lead the society. DGIST Rowing Leadership Camp provides opportunities to experience sports culture and have some knowledge as a promising global leader. Furthermore, students will have a campus tour and have time with current students at DGIST whom they are working with in the near future and consultation for their career.
